Cozy Cafes Episode 2: Cafe DuMonde New Orleans, LA

This iconic cafe lives up to all the hype. I visited New Orleans this past summer and tried my first authentic beignet. These at Cafe DuMonde are melt in your mouth french donut goodness. Covered in Powdered sugar it adds the right amount of sweetness. Pair it with a Coffee or as I did with a Cafe Au Lait (coffee with milk). Cafe DuMonde also has a merch store, so make sure you get your take home mugs and buy a couple of beignet mixes for those cozy breakfasts at home.

Vibe is great. New Orleans has refreshing cool mornings, plus there are entertainers near by. So grab a couple orders of beignet's with your drink and listen to some awesome Jazz!
