This was my first time at Founding Farmers for breakfast. I went with all my friends from high-school for a small reunion now that we are all graduated. Let me start with saying I have been in the mood for eggs benedict for a really long time (I just love hollandaise) and Founding Farmers did not dissapoint. I had the tomato florentine eggs benedict which means poached egg, hollandaise sauce (YUM), english muffin (but I substituted it for a biscuit, so much better), spinach, and tomato. The meal came with a side, and I felt a little healthy that day so I added fruit. I paired my meal with a refreshing mimosa ofcourse, How could I not.

I loved the meal. Wow was it fresh! The vibe was homey Americana, vibrant, youthful, spacious and bright. The cool thing about this place is that all the food is organic and supports America's farmers. This place is amazing, and my friends and I have already decided we are coming back for lunch next week, so get ready for Founding Farmers part 2!
