Summer in the District

92 DEGREES GUYS.....imagine, 92 degrees walking miles across the mall with friends. So obviously choosing a weather appropriate outfit was a priority, but I wanted to glam up a little bit rather than wearing a tshirt and bball shorts. I got this romper from asos.com. The Off the shoulder look is all the rage now a days and it looked great with the style of the romper. I loved the polka dot print too, it is simple but also adds some character. The sleeves were flared so it also made the outfit playful. The fabric of the romper was very light so great for the hot hot HOT summer weather. To accessorize, I wore my cat eye shades from Francesca's and a plain black choker with a tassel crossbody bag to complete the look.

My make up is the same as explained in my first post but the lip stick is the tarteist birthday suit matte color. I LOVE THIS LIP GLOSS. so worth the $20.

Hair was not agreeing with me that day so I literally just put it up in a high ponytail, and curled some flat strands to give my hair the OOMF and movement it so desperately needed.
