Founding Farmers Take 2: Lunch

I'm BACK at Founding Farmers in Tysons 2 VA. This time for Lunch!! I will say, If you have read my previous posts I just love breakfast or brunch, its my favorite meal of the day so this may be biased but I did like the breakfast at founding farmers better than the lunch. The Lunch was still good though. To drink, I gave into peer pressure. All my friends ordered a vanilla homemade soda while originally I was just going to order my usual sparkling water, but I caved and ordered the Vanilla soda and OMG was it AMAZING. I will never order a sparkling soda again as long as vanilla soda is on the menu. It is basically sparkling water with vanilla bean infused into the drink making it very sweet but insanely refreshing and delicious. It was hard not to order a second one.

For my meal I ordered a butternut squash and marscapone ravioli topped with sauteed brussel sprouts. In general I liked it however there was a little too much squash inside, I was expecting it to also be filled with cheese but no....just plain squash with little seasoning. The butter sauce and the sprouts were a good combo though. My friend had the mac and cheese which I tried.....and will be having on my next visit.

My outfit received many compliments face to face and on social media. So if anyone is wondering, I am wearing a Zara Gingham smock dress with red flats from target and red lipstick in the color "Big Kiss" from the Tanya Burr Cosmetic Line, glasses are from Warby Parker.
